Rebecca Schneider is the Executive Director of Content for AvenueCX, and has extensive experience in librarianship, knowledge management, and information technology. She formed Azzard Consulting, a content strategy services and staffing firm, with the conviction that there are better ways to manage content. Rebecca has worked in a variety of industries including retail, education, international development, and financial services.
Rebecca has been involved in content strategy, knowledge management, information management and things digital ranging almost 20 years. A librarian by training, she lives to organize. Rebecca is all about helping people find things. Her strengths lie in taxonomy and metadata, but she also has extensive experience in overall content strategy development, governance, and working with technical teams on implementation.
